Registration: You can register your wedding with us by visiting our store, or via mail or online We require no money down, simply fill out a registration form. We would like to receive all measurements 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding.
Pick up: Tuxedos arrive in our store during the 2 days leading
up to your wedding. We encourage you to pick up your rental on Thursday (for
Saturday weddings) and Wednesday (for Friday weddings), but please call ahead
to make sure that it has arrived. All tuxedos must be picked up no later than
the day prior to your event by 3:00 PM. Payment in full is expected before
the tuxedo leaves our store. Guests that were not measured in our store may
be charged a $5 fee if alterations are needed. We encourage your out of town
guests to get measured at a reputable tux dealer (that offers “try-ons”)
to ensure proper measurements.
Return: Tuxedos are due back by 3 p.m. on the next business day following your wedding. A $60/day fee will be charged if the tuxedo is late. Customers that do not return all items will be charged accordingly.
